Canterbury May 2022
We carried out research about bees for 'World Bee Day'. Using the information we found, we wrote leaflets to give more information about bees.
We tried to use the full range of punctuation taught at KS2.
We have been exploring how adaptation leads to evolution. One of our enquiries was to investigate how and why birds have different beaks depending upon their habitat.
Our butterfly 'Shake, Rattle and Roll' is all about the Pacific Ring of Fire. We have been learning about tectonic plate movement to understand how volcanoes are formed. We have started to create model volcanoes. Check out our next blog to see them erupting!
