December 2020

In our learning about special days and celebrations we have been finding out about the Jewish festival oh Hanukkah.

We have engaged in lots of different learning:

We have been practising our fine motor skills by making cards.

We have used our cutting skills to make our own Menorahs.

We carefully looked at a real menorah and talked about what we thought it was made from. We thought that it felt heavy and was made of metal.

It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas...

Exeter class is getting ready for Christmas with a Christmas-themed role play, Christmas display and some Christmas books in our role play area.

Christmas Celebrations

We have lots of fun taking part in Christmas activities this week, including Christmas crafts and our Christmas party.

It has been a really busy and exciting term!

Parents you can see our Christmas performance on Tapestry.

Have a happy and safe Christmas holiday!
