The Show Must Go On!

Lincoln class have been learning about the performing arts for our CCCS Butterfly. In literacy, we have been reading the story 'Lazlo Learns Recorder'. In the story Lazlo starts a new school where they take music lessons to learn how to play a recorder, he discovers that he likes playing the recorder and tries really hard to learn the different notes.

Making Masks

We learnt that in some plays and theatre shows some of the actors wear masks. We designed our own masks and came up with a character we would play when wearing them. 

Theatre stage

We have been enjoying making up shows, singing and dancing in our role play area. 

Sports Day

On Tuesday 21st June, we took part in our first sports day. We had lots of fun completing the different races and field events. We were really lucky to have our parents cheering us on.
