Remote learning 2021
Lincoln class have returned from the Christmas holidays to start their new butterfly topic 'Land Before Time'. During this butterfly we have learnt all about dinosaurs. We have completed many activities relating to this butterfly and we have produced some amazing work whilst working from home.
For literacy we have been reading a short story called 'The Little Green Dinosaur'. The story is about a green dinosaur who hatches from his egg and can't find his mummy. He decided to go in the forest to find his mummy. On his way he meets a terrifying T-Rex, a giant Argentinosaurus and a spikey Stegosaurus before finally finding his mummy.
We wrote a description for the Little Green Dinosaur.
We also wrote captions for dinosaur pictures.
In maths we have been focusing on numbers 8-10. We have focused on how to form the number, represent the number and compose that number.
We have also been learning how to find one more and one less of a number.
During our choosing time, we have been able to select from a range of different activities. We had literacy, maths, creative and funky finger activities to choose from.
