DROPPING OFF AND COLLECTION ARRANGEMENTS

MORNINGS
Foundation Stage gates open at 8:45am and close at 8:55am.
Year 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 gates open at 8.45am and close at 8.55am.

All children go straight to their classrooms.

LATE COLLECTION
Please ensure you collect your child on time – families who are persistently late will be referred to Social Services.

If, you are going to be late collecting your child, your child will be dropped off to Jacqueline’s Gems where you will be charged for emergency care.
Unauthorised care is £15 for the initial charge and then £10 for every half hour.

Alternatively, parents can book in care at the normal pricing of £7.50 per hour or £18.50 for the full evening via https://christchurch-jacqueline-sgems.classforkids.io/

END OF DAY ARRANGEMENTS

FOUNDATION STAGE AND KEY STAGE 1 CHILDREN
Children in Reception and Key Stage 1 will require a password for collection. This is created by the parent. Please keep this password confidential, only issuing it to those people who come to collect your child from school.  We will not release your child to anyone who does not know this password, no matter what relation they are to your child.

KEY STAGE 2 CHILDREN
Year 5 and Year 6 children are permitted to walk home alone as long as they have written permission from their parents.

If there is a court order in place, kindly provide a copy which will be kept on your child’s file.

COLLECTION POINTS
You will have to collect your child from their designated collection point at the end of the school day.
