11/3/22 Gibraltar Class

In Gibraltar class, we recently watched a clip entitled 'The Lighthouse.' It showed an old man, who was manning the lighthouse one evening when the light went out. A ship was approaching the harbour and just when the old man thought all was lost, the townsfolk showed up to save the day. The children used the clip as inspiration for some writing. As the clip had no words, we discussed what characters could have said and wrote some pieces of dialogue for selected scenes. Following this, we wrote our own versions of the story. Here is some of our fantastic writing.
