Worcester Class March Blog

In English, we have been exploring the characters and setting in Alice in Wonderland. We used expanded noun phrases, prepositional phrases and similes to add interesting details to our writing.

             

 

In Computing, we have discussed how to keep safe online and produced posters to help others make good choices when interacting online.

     

 

In PESHR, we researched and discussed a topical issue: should humanity continue exploring space or focus on saving our planet?

     

 

We also used our speaking and active listening skills confidently during our debate.

   

 

In Maths, we have been using mathematical language to describe 3D shapes.

     

 

In Art, we have been considering perspective in the work of David Hockney and architectural drawing. Here are some of our artwork using perspective.

   

 

In DT, we researched to find out how key events and individuals in design and technology have helped shape the world. 

  

 

During Engineering Week, we were able to select from and use simple tools to create a variety of models.
