Dreams Can Come True

Our school theme for the start of the Summer term was , 'Dreams Can Come True'. We focused on exploring the huge scope of careers we could choose to embark on when we grow up. We have also been learning about how the media and advertisements influence us. During the past few weeks, we have been discussing how we could persuade people to purchase a new product. We spent some time preparing 'The Apprentice' style presentations about our own product designs. Our products included, a talking book that could tell children the correct pronunciation of words, a robot with extendable arms to help people at home and some glow in the dark wall stickers of plants. 

Computing

Recently, we have also been learning about how digital devices work. We found out about input, processes and outputs. We played a sorting game to sort different products and devices.
