Baking Gingerbread - 6/12/19
We put the flour, butter and ginger into a mixing bowl.
We mixed it together until it was crumbly.
We added the sugar, syrup and egg until it formed a firm pastry.

We then dusted our work surface with flower.
Used a rolling pin, to roll out the pastry and used the pastry cutter, to cut out the shapes.

We placed them in the oven for 15 minutes. They made the whole school smell lovely.
We then got to take them home to share with our friends and family.
