'Something Inside So Strong'- 28/2/19
For our 'Something Inside So Strong' butterfly we have been learning about what our well being is and how to keep our minds healthy. We have learnt that it is okay to make mistakes as it is proof that we are trying and that we can accomplish anything when we put or minds to it and keep perservering. Also during our butterfly we had a Yoga session to learn moves that can help us feel calm and relax when we start to feel stressed.
