March blog!

Welcome to our March blog! We have had a really busy month of learning and hope you enjoy reading about it.

English

In English we have been writing about 'The Owl Who Was Afraid Of The Dark'. We have been using conjunctions and a range of suffixes. Here is Angelina's work.

Maths

In maths we have been looking at making values with different coin combinations and also how to find change. This is great application of our addition and subtraction skills.

CCCS

In CCCS we used paint to create an African sunset painting. After this, we used charcoal to create silhouettes of African animals and trees. The final product is fantastic!

Superheroes!

We also had the opportunity to dress up as superheroes in March. Some of us took this literally and some dressed up as everyday superheroes such as nurses and policewomen.
