It's Been A Strange Month!

June has been very strange month with a mixture of online and in school learning.

We have been very busy with our learning for both.

Maths

In some of our Maths lessons, we have been using our knowledge of 2d and 3d shapes to help us with sorting shapes. We used Venn diagrams to sort the shapes into different criteria. We learnt that the middle section of the Venn diagram is used when the shape matches both criterias.

CCCS

In our CCCS lessons we started to learn about Japan because of the Olympics being held there this summer. Miss Chute showed us some pictures of kimonos and we then designed our own. We used pencils, felt tip pens, pastels and tissue paper to help us create them.
