Lichfield Class have been learning all about the power of persuasion!

We have been watching short videos that fed us with lots of important information, this helped us practise our note-taking and summarising skills.

We were very shocked by the facts and statistics that we learnt about plastic pollution and over-fishing and so, for our WOW work, we wrote a powerful letter to our MPs persuading them to make a change for our world! We tried our best to use all of the persuasive features that we learnt such as: rhetorical questions, alliteration, facts and repetition. Can you spot any of them in our writing?
