Dropping Off, and Collection Arrangements

Mornings

Gates open at 8.45 am and close at 8.55. Children go straight to their classrooms.

Collection arrangements

Parents of children in Foundation Stage and Key Stage 1 will be issued with a password on their child’s first day. Please keep this password confidential, only issuing it to those people who come to collect your child from school. We will not release your child to anyone who does not know this password, no matter what relation they are to your child.

For children in Key Stage 2, please kindly inform the school office if there is anyone who is NOT permitted to collect your child from school. If there is a court order in place, kindly provide a copy which will be kept on your child’s file.

Late Collection

Please ensure you collect your child on time – families who are persistently late will be referred to Social Services. If, for unforeseen reasons, you are going to be late in collecting your child, please let us know immediately. If your child is not collected they may be taken to the after school club where a charge of £15 may be charged at their discretion.
