Chichester's March Blog 31st March 2021

This half term seems to have passed so quickly! Its been great to see everybody again and everybody has worked really hard at settling back into school. Its been great to see all our friends again.

When we returned to school we have been continuing looking at history and the Romans. The children have been looking at different historical sources and asking - who is telling fibs? Which sources are more reliable or useful? The children worked really hard and produced some excellent pieces of work comparing different sources of information about the Romans.

We have also been looking at the design of some Roman technologies. In design technology we have been thinking about the design cycle of planning a design, creating an object and then evaluating our design. We did this by looking at Roman catapults. Here are some fantastic photos of us creating and evaluating our models of Roman catapults.
