12/2/21- Lincoln Class

In Lincoln class we have been learning about how to look after animals. We read the story 'The Animal Shelter', the story is about a family who are looking to adopt an animal but they are not sure what animal to get. They eventually decide to get a cat.

 

To help us to learn the story we drew our own story maps.

 

 

 

We then wrote some sentences about what the family would need to do to care for their cat when they got home. We used our Fred talk to help us sound out the words. We also used capital letters, full stops and finger spaces.
