It’s Christmas!

December has been a very busy but fun month. The children of Chester class have worked hard in everything they have done and I am very proud of them all.

Nativity

The Year 2 Nativity performances were very exciting and all of the children had such a fun time singing the songs and performing their lines. All of the children worked so hard learning their lines as well as the songs.

We are very grateful for the parents who were able to attend our performance day.

Christmas Party

Our Christmas party was lots of fun. It was so lovely to come to school in our party clothes and enjoy some party food after some dancing.

Christmas activities

We have had some fun during the last week of term completing some Christmas activities. We have made Christmas cards for our families. We listened to the story of ‘The Night Before Christmas’ with our eyes closed and then draw some pictures of what we had imagined in our minds. We made some sliding penguin cards as well.

We were also really lucky and had a visit from Father Christmas! It was so much fun!
