In History this week we were comparing how life today is similar and different to how it was in the Victorian Era.

In Science, we have followed a line of enquiry with the question ‘ do babies and children grow at the same rate?’ We will be organising the information gathered as scientific evidence to support or refute our ideas.

In Maths, we have been learning to add and subtract 4-digit numbers using the column method, identifying errors & checking the accuracy of our answers using our knowledge of place value.

In English, we have been developing skills in including interesting details using expanded noun phrases, parenthesis, and dialogue.  We have written amazing stories set in Pandora from the movie “Avatar”.
